This service is for those who prefer to train on their own, but need guidance. The package includes the screening, performance evaluation, program design, a personal training session and a video of the entire workout program.
Once you have mastered your current routine, we provide you with a progressive routine that takes your workout to the next level. This includes the updated workout, a one to one personal training session and a new youtube link of your updated workout program.
